Sorry -- I wrote to you by netmail rather than expose my ignorance to all
about sendmail! MANGO's system is designed to do two things: deliver mail
to our Fido users on 5:7211/1 and route mail from those users either to each
other or to the Internet (using UUCP). It does not do any FidoNet transfers
to other systems (all attempts to do that with another local FidoNet system
also using ifmail used to result in extremely slow handshakes taking several
minutes followed by a one-way transfer of mail and then a failure to
disconnect). The section from sendmail.cf that you quoted was the part that
ensures delivery of mail to MANGO users. I am sure others could advise you
better on how to configure sendmail to route mail to your uplink.
