Hi,
Over the next week I will be installing Linux, ifmail and various
menu shells on my BBS.
At the moment i run the following:
RemoteAccess 2.02 with Frontdoor 2.12
As well as Fidonet (2:252/347) I am also part of two other networks,
with three different hubs i collect mail from.
At the moment I take no newsgroups, only echomail.
I support internet e-mail by sending all e-mail messages to the
internet gateway at 2:25/25 as netmail.
I would like some advice on the best ways of going about things.
I am not a linux guru ( i know nothing about setting up news or
sendmail), the BBS will never be connected to the actual internet.
Any help on the following would be most grateful:
1. setting up sendmail with correct routing/addressing
2. setting up news " " "
3. setting up gettys and ifmail
4. anything else really... not just with ifmail but
doors, menu shells etc.
Thanks in advance
James.
