I seem to be having a great deal of trouble talking to TIMS mailers
via telnet. Specifically, sstar.com:23.

It seems that I can exchange mail with John just fine via dial-up,
but have one booger of a time via telnet. No errors in the log,
just won't work...

Tell me what more is needed and I'll provide a more accurate trouble
report...
