IFtoss

I managed to compile IFmail 2.11. I put a copy on my Unix box where my
IPMailer where so that I could use IFtoss to toss any incoming mail.

I did a very quick PKT to areafix but could not find the reply. I then
did a test message to someone in Z1, put the PKT into IFToss inbound and
ran iftoss -f etc

However, according to the log if says the mail came from 256:42752/356
and addressed to 64512:65204/323. I complied IFmail to use the INTL
flag.

Any suggestion as to what I am doing wrong

Sean
