I put ifmail-2.11.tar.gz on usual place (ftp.average.org:/pub/ifmail/).
Aside from a vew minor bugfixes, it has support for BSD DB (can be used
instead of [gns]dbm) and untested changes to make the thing work on
64bit architecture.
