More ifmail stuff

I do: ifcico -r1 f400.n170.z1 and when I look in the logs It tells me
that: cannot call 1:170/400 (unknown, phone (null))

The logfile also tells me: getnlent returns dummy entry.

When I run ifindex I get an index but it also locks the command line up
until I hit cntl-C.

Also it won't include my private nodelist in the index.

So far I think I am having a problem with the nodelist build. I think the
rest is pretty much OK. Though I wouldn't swear to it. (:
