Can't create output: Error 0

Sendmail reports error 73: can't create output. This appears to be an
ifmail error, and not sendmail as sendmail simply reports the error from
ifmail.

This is the actual error...

May 24 21:53:07 clam sendmail[16816]: VAA16816: from=<pjm@ehcs.com.au>,

I assume the applicable ruleset is...

R$* < @ $+ . fidonet . org . > $* $#fido $@ f260.n633 $: $1 < @ $2
.
fidonet . org > $3

This is the fido line...

Mfido, P=/usr/lib/ifmail/ifmail, F=msDFMuC, S=11, R=21, A=ifmail -r $h
$u

Or perhaps a permissions problem?

This is driving me nuts... it's been almost a year now and I still can't
get this FTN stuff working.

Can anyone please help.
