ifcico on linux/axp

Hi,

I've been trying to get ifcico to work on my alpha (21066A) running
linux (what once was redhat 4.0 with kernel 2.0.30).

Ver 2.11 compiled just fine, but when I try and call my node, his bbs
program is started instead of the mailer program. (same happened with ver
2.9).

I've tried dialing 2 different systems.. same result. (worked fine on my
pentium).

This is from the logs, looks like they never get EMSI established.. from
what I can see:

(sorry for the long paste)

syslog:

Jul 26 09:31:58 caffeine ifcico[15922]: options: Call NoHold PUA WaZOO
