Hi!

I dunno why the leading '_' and following '_' are there, but your
suggestion allowed me to complete the ifmail-2.11 compile succesfully.
Thank You! I wish I understood a little more about the libraries and
what the _NDBM_H_ refers to.

The first suggestion I got from another party didn't click as I didn't
realize that the defines and ndefines had to be placed at the beginning
of the /usr/include/ndbm.h file.
