Is a feature for security purposes, if you really want everything to be
requestable define in the config file "magic /" (but i NOT recommend this :) )
ifcico freqs are like ftp, you can't go upper than the specified directory,
the root directory in request ("/") is the defined one.
When you ftp /pub/Linux/incoming/ifmail-2.8f.tar.gz it ISN'T
/pub/Linux/incoming/ifmail-2.8f.tar.gz in that machine but somthing like
/home/ftp/pub/Linux/incoming/ifmail-2.8f.tar.gz.
What you can acces is limited for obvious reasons.
